DO&UNDO
Baktruppen do and undo knots and unknots during three entrances, two exits, one turning point and 40 minutes. Dressed in black and white tights, seven middle-aged men and women move and get moved in and out of various sliding patterns, pulling and pushing each other through thick and thin and even with grace.
THE MUSIC
Gustav Mahler's Adagietto, streched.

THE PRESS
Dagens Nyheter (Swedish newspaper):
«I fall completely for the short etude «Do&Undo», which makes poetry out of the usually messy and delirious troupe. (...) It is like the sculptures of Vigeland in motion. Images of man-kind's fundamental life conditions, everything from the navel string to the graveyard, the doing and undoing of human attachment.»
Teatertidsskriftet Visslingar och Rop (Swedish Theatre Magazine):
“Baktruppen, the conceptual, Norwegian group of artists, is indisputable the best of their kind in Scandinavia. Don't miss Do&Undo, a tribute to body tights.»
Bergens Tidende (Norwegian newspaper:
«Light years from "Swan Lake", but beautiful indeed, funny and grotesque.»
